MacProject II can automatically resolve conflicts in a resource’s schedule. This process is called leveling the resource.
When you know what schedule changes to make to resolve over-allocation of a resource, you can make them yourself in the Task Info window or Project Table. Usually, you’ll find it easier if you let the resource leveler make or suggest changes for you.
You can set the resource leveler to run unattended, in which case MacProject II will find all the conflicts and resolve them

for you. You can also use the resource leveler interactively, so that MacProject II will present possible solutions for each conflict and let you select the one you want.
You can determine the order in which tasks will be scheduled by assigning a priority
(from 0 to 100) to them in the Task Info window. If you do not assign a priority to a task, MacProject II assigns a priority of 100 and reschedules tasks with the least amount of slack time first.
